Today, I’m taking the step of putting up for sale a house that has been so much more than just a place to live. It has been my refuge, my personal project, and the setting for many of the best moments of my life. Writing this announcement isn’t easy, because every corner of this home holds stories that have shaped me—happy days, long family gatherings, endless summers, and quiet moments that I treasure deeply. The house has 230 square meters, and from the moment I first walked through the door, I felt it had a special soul. Over the years, I transformed it with all the care in the world, fully renovating it and choosing high-quality materials and finishes that would bring warmth and personality. I didn’t renovate out of necessity; I renovated out of love for the home, wanting to create a space filled with comfort, well-being, and that unique sense of shelter only a house with history can offer. It features 6 bedrooms, each with its own light, character, and memories. The 3 full bathrooms were also renovated with attention and affection, designed to be practical, elegant, and durable—spaces to begin and end each day in peace. Installing solar panels was another choice made with the future in mind: to make the house more efficient, more sustainable, and more conscious. But if there is one place I will always carry in my heart, it’s the saltwater pool. I spent so many summers there that I could measure them by laughter—gatherings with friends, family afternoons, spontaneous splashes… It was, without a doubt, my favorite spot, a space where I could disconnect from the world and reconnect with myself. Having private parking has also been an enormous convenience, something I appreciated more each day. And the location… it truly has been a blessing: right in the heart of Mairena del Aljarafe, in a neighborhood like the ones that are hard to find nowadays—quiet, friendly, and full of life. Yet everything is close by: the school just steps away, the supermarket around the corner, shops, services… everything I ever needed within reach. It’s not easy to leave this house, because it has accompanied me through important chapters, because I’ve watched it grow and transform, and because I have been deeply happy here. But life moves forward, and a new chapter begins for me—exciting, uncertain, and necessary. That’s why I truly hope this home passes into the hands of someone who can feel what I felt, someone who will care for it, enjoy it, and make it their own, just as I did.
